The worker's exit

Trade unions, and the minimum wage are the go-to for helping the working class. But it's not the best way to do it. You're still begging for scraps instead of getting an actual meal. It's a means of reform that's less risky, and provides very little. But you need to make an exit.

The corporations are currently pushing for mass immigration, because it'll depress wages. This'll allow them to fully automate, and make human labor obsolete. That's fine let them do it. I think, they should do it without pushing for mass immigration. Most jobs are just busy work to begin with. Workers co-operatives, and universal basic income will reinvigorate the lower levels of society.

Worker's co-operatives, self employment, and small business are better for communities. Better pay for workers, and less profits leave the community. Young people wouldn't need to migrate. Basic income, and self employment will allow moms to work from home. Which means a stronger bond with your child.
